David R. Nielson

David R. Nielson is a founding member of the firm. His practice centers on commercial litigation, construction law, liens, real estate, owner associations, and collections. He is experienced in civil trials, appeals, mediation and arbitration covering a broad spectrum of issues. Mr. Nielson represents a variety of companies, both large and small. Prior to the formation of the firm, Mr. Nielson was a trial attorney for the Salt Lake City law firm of Strong & Hanni, P.C. and was a shareholder in that firm. Mr. Nielson has repeatedly been recognized by Utah Business Magazine as being one of Utah's Legal Elite.
