About

Brittani rejoined Skoubye Nielson & Johansen as an associate attorney in 2024. Brittani was a paralegal at the firm before attending law school in 2018. Prior to joining the firm, Brittani worked as a judicial law clerk to the Hon. Brian D. Lynch (ret.) in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Washington and to the Hon. John T. Gregg in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Michigan. During law school, Brittani worked or interned for a Chapter 7 Trustee, the U.S. Trustee, and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Utah.
